SALMED is the biggest medical equipment exhibition in Poland. Founded in 1976, it is held once every two years and biennially. Each session attracts the elite of the medical industry to visit and discuss. It creates a huge space for exchanging knowledge and building relationships between pharmaceutical and commercial representatives.

At the last edition of Medical Devices Poland, more than 5,000 representatives of the pharmaceutical industry saw the most comprehensive range of innovative solutions in the industry. More than 300 exhibitors from 22 countries, including Belgium, China, the Czech Republic, the United Nations, France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Taiwan, the United States, Great Britain and Italy, presented their products in the four halls of MTP. The overall number of exhibitors increased by 15% compared to the previous edition of MTP Poland; the exhibits consisted mainly of medical equipment, clinic equipment, and medical communication equipment.
